Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, food production, and restaurant management. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations during scheduled shifts
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Supervise and support team members in their roles
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Manage inventory and assist with inventory control
- Coordinate food production activities
- Demonstrate knowledge of coffee preparation and kitchen management
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
