Job Qualifications:
- Experience - You have 7+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience (preference to candidates that have experience with construction accounts)
- Licensed - You have your active Property & Casualty license
- Software - You are proficient with AppliedEpic, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
- Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.
- Book of Business - have experience with mid-to-large-size construction accounts
Your Responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
- Ability to effectively assess risk
- Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns
- Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
- Prepare the applications for submission with underwriting information provided by the producer
- Follow up with Markets for quotations.
- Create the proposal under the direction of the Account Executive
- Issue auto ID Cards
