We are seeking a passionate marketing professional to join our team of scientists, engineers, and business leaders.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading the Soleic brand as we enter the next phase of our growth. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, from strategy and planning to execution. This is a full-time position based in our San Diego office, reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer. We provide an industry competitive salary and benefits package.

They will rapidly bring tangible value to the business, executing the marketing strategy in a professional and effective manner. They will demonstrate their ability to grow with the business and the capacity to take on greater responsibility in the future.
Skills & Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience, ideally in an agency environment
Marketing Strategy execution:
Marcom calendar planning, management and execution
External agency relationship management - Artwork/Photography/Copywriting etc
Website maintenance in conjunction with external partners
Digital content creation management
Understanding and interpreting Google analytics and SEO etc
Social media management - LinkedIn, Instagram etc
Hubspot, Mailchimp or similar marketing tool proficiency
Trade show planning and execution
Press release planning and management
External facing content management - Slide decks, sample kits etc
Marketing budget management
Proficient project manager - Short and long term, internal, external, with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a truly global environment
Flexibility to accommodate multiple time-zones
Highly articulate in written and spoken English
Fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage
Hands-on approach to problem solving and getting the job done
Ability to manage multiple complex and often conflicting priorities
Ability to learn the language of our industry
Regular reporting of marketing KPIs to the business
Willingness take on new challenges with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
