As a Seal Bond Customer Service Representative you will be a motivated, self-starter that enjoys providing great customer service via email, phone, and in-person, as well as helping others in a smaller office environment.

Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will work with our existing and new customers, while supporting our Sales, Production, and Accounting teams. The position is responsible for processing customer orders, order acknowledgements, scheduling shipments & generating shipment documents, preparing invoices, in addition to other general office duties. The ideal Customer Service Representative will work well in a team environment.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Associate’s Degree or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization, motivation, interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of customer support activities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
- Ability to multi-task.
