Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the organization.
Duties:
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, training, and payroll
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Oracle)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
