Job Description:
Project scheduling is a critical aspect of project management that involves creating a detailed timeline and sequence of activities to guide the execution of a project. It serves several important purposes, including optimizing resource allocation, managing time effectively, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.
Job Duties:
· Maintain and update level III project schedule based on quantities of items to be constructed based on proposal, engineering, procurement, deliveries, resources, and areas.
· Maintain quantities tracking reports for items we are constructing on the project.
· Maintain turnover documentation for system-based acceptance of project from owner and engineer.
· Interface w/project supervision to determine estimated task duration and timing.
· Maintain RFI and Needs & Issues Log.
Scheduling Details:
· Critical Path Method (CPM) logic
· Detailed identification of procurement and construction activities, including those of subcontractors
· Updated weekly.
· Project % Complete Curve (Baseline Plan)
· Forecast % Complete (Planned Value)
· Actual % Complete (Earned Value)
· PPI – Period Productivity Index
· CPI – Cumulative Productivity Index
· SPI – Schedule Performance Index
Computer Skills:
· P6
· Navisworks
· Microsoft Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Word
Compensation:
- Salaried position, stating $90,000.00 to $110,000.00
