We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the hotel's services and amenities
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk software
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent communication skills with a polite and courteous demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous
