Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Client Account Management: serving large accounts with a focus on consultant selling and delivering solutions that yield results
· Timeliness: satisfying customer needs on time and exceeding expectations
· Prospecting: developing new business through referrals and leads
· Providing excellent customer service while executing campaigns to promote repeat business
· Building customer-focused relationships by conducting customized campaigns
· Maintaining communication with Territory Directors, Territory Managers, and VP of Sales
· Efficiently accomplishing sales goals by planning and organizing daily work
· Ensuring that the Norsan Corporate Mission and Values are always followed
· Other tasks as assigned
Required skills
· 3+ years of media sales experience
· Goal-oriented and ambitious
· Bilingual (Spanish and English, verbal and written)
· Strong client service relationship-building skills
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills
· Persuasive verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
· Adept at prospecting and using consultative selling principles/practices
· Negotiation and closing proficiency
· Ability to work independently as well as being a team member
Desired skills
· Competency in Google applications (Google Drive, Gmail, etc.)
· Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
· Experience with customer relationship management system (CRM, Zendesk, etc.)
