Salon Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to oversee our salon operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong business acumen.
Duties:
- Manage daily salon operations including staff scheduling, customer service, and inventory control.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and motivate salon staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in POS transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and minimize waste.
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Experience:
- Proven experience in salon management or a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong background in sales management with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue.
- Proficiency in inventory control practices to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
- Prior experience in retail management is advantageous.

Note: All positions are paid, including internship positions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.80 - $20.30 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
