Looking for paralegal with strong corporate work background. Ideal candidate will have substantial experience in drafting and filing corporate organizational documents. Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of corporate documents for the formation and dissolution of business entities, including corporations, LLCs, and partnerships
- Draft and review corporate governance documents, such as bylaws, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal files and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience with Business Formations and Corporate Documents
- Nevada Notary Public License required within 30 days of hire
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional appearance and demeanor
