StretchLab Sioux Falls is looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing/Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Stretchlab is currrently seeking a high-energy and compassionate individual with marketing and sales experience to provide direct customer service in the studio as well as grow our brand through social media and community outreach. If you are passionate about wellness, motivated by sales, and love to create social media content, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Front Desk Sales and Customer Service:
- Foster relationships with current and potential members.
- Execute sales strategies to drive membership and services sales.
- Assist the General/Sales Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Comfortable with prospecting through lead management via calling, texting, and emailing
- Comfortable working independently and unsupervised at times
- Book and confirm stretches
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
- Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
- Ensure studio is clean and tidy
Social Media Content Creation:
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Produce high-quality visual and written content, including reels, carousel posts, etc.
- Collaborate with the team to develop promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Support the sales team with lead generation activities (such as event promotion)
- Promote our brand on social media platforms regularly
- Ensure a positive and consistent brand voice and message across all customer touchpoints.
Community Outreach:
- Coordinate and promote special events, workshops, and promotions to attract new clients.
- Engage with the local community through partnerships and special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events) to promote the club and attract new clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strongly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Must be a team player
- 1 year of fitness sales or relevant sales experience is preferred
- Proven experience in social media marketing and sales, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
- Able to accurately establish priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Must have excellent organization, strong communication and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- Professional, punctual, reliable, neat and organized
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
- Work well under time constraints and meet deadlines
* Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with evenings and weekend availability.
