**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
- Paying office bills
- Helping with payroll
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and transcribing
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide personal assistant support as needed
**Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment maintenance
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is a plus
