Hours: 3 PM-11 PM (M-F)
Typical Assignments: The maintenance and upkeep of all production equipment. Perform all work assignments in the preventive maintenance program. Assist in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Preventive Maintenance Parts Storage system. Development of special tooling as needed to repair equipment. Will be responsible for all tool room and maintenance equipment. Must keep work areas clean. PLC programming understanding and troubleshooting is preferred.
Equipment Maintained: All production equipment which includes welders, screw machines, assembly lines, paint equipment, fork trucks and testing equipment. All tool room equipment, which includes, but is not limited to lathes, mills, grinders, welders, and hand tools.
Formal Education Requirements: Technical training in trouble shooting (Allen Bradley) Programmable Logic Controllers using RS Logix Software, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics, or appropriate on the job training. Fork truck certification. High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement. Journeyman card in a maintenance discipline would be preferred. Associate degree in electronics would be beneficial. Machine shop mathematics required.
