```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
```Requirements```
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking customers
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Strong sales skills to promote products and close sales
- Knowledge of technology products and ability to explain technical features to customers
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
