The Project Manager is in charge of processing requests for proposals (RFPs) from community managers related to repairs and maintenance projects for HOA communities, condominiums of all types, and their associated infrastructures. The Project Manager will organize requests, communicate promptly with the organization’s clients and staff regarding estimates and proposals, and ensure the scope of each project is completed within the proposed timeline with proposed profitability upon the project's onset. The Maintenance Project Manager is a key contributor to the team that ensures all communities are maximizing the use of the company's maintenance staff and associated preferred vendors.

Daily tasks:
- Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction.
- Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting information.
- Writes up and presents budgets, reports, and project plans.
- Develop bids for construction projects.
- Schedules meetings with clients, site managers, staff, and contractors.
- Navigate and understand building codes.
- Processes paperwork and travels to building sites as required.
- Monitors construction processes.
- Stay current on safety codes and improvements in construction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 – 5 years of directly related or closely related experience.
- Industry Specific Certification.
- Location-Specific License.
- Knowledge of the latest building codes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) proficiently.
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
- Strong organizational acumen, proposal writing, and math skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to navigate specifications and plans in detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Project management at a proficient level.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at once.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
