TITLE: Assistant Director of Nursing
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ADON Coordinator assists DON with job responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed as Register Nurse “RN” in the State of New Mexico
- RN - 2 years of Geriatric Experience preferred and/or 2 years as a nurse manager
- Ability to communicate effectively with members of Interdisciplinary Care Team.
- Evident of Genuine, Caring and Concern for working with the elderly population
- Excellent Oral and Written Presentation skills
- Knowledge of software relating to electronic reporting of Resident Council based on the RAI process mandated by HCFA.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversees Nursing Assessments upon admission, quarterly, annually, and/or change of status .
- Conduct Care Plans in a timely, comprehensive and efficient manner
- Maintain a well-documented and organized assessment system which is understandable and accessible to other Care Plan members
- Become proficient in the use of the Computerized System (electronic health record)
- Assist Director of Nursing and Administrator in timely completion of assigned tasks and projects

Pay: From $55.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

- Albuquerque, NM: Relocate before starting work (Required)
