JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties & Resp: Administers the IT infrastructure within an organization, including the physical network (e.g., LANs/WANs, servers, terminals) as well as server applications and software (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle) | Responsibilities are within the IT Administration Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines. KSAs: A seasoned experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways.Fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position. Broad application of principles, theories and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields.Provides resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met. Contributes to the development of organization’s goals and objectives. Failure to obtain results or erroneous judgments or recommendations would normally have serious results and may require substantial expenditure of resources to correct and/or achieve project goals. Frequent intra-organizational and with outside customer contacts. Represents the organization on projects and may perform in project leadership role and/or may supervise the activities of lower level personnel (exempt professional and non-exempt). Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. University Degree /Diploma and 4-6 years. May have Master’s / Graduate Degree and 2-4 years. Doctorate’s /Post-Graduate Degree and 0-2 years.

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
