Heaven On Earth Cleaning is currently seeking Housekeeping Team Members for the Monterey Peninsula including Carmel, Pebble Beach Marina, Salinas etc.
As part of our housekeeping team, we task you with the duties of general home cleaning, move out cleaning, vacation rentals and sometimes office/retail cleaning.
Employee provides cleaning supplies but employer issues a biweekly reimbursement.
You earn tips occasionally
Experience is required We are looking for applicants who are available 5 days or more days including some Saturdays & Sundays as mandatory days.
The average hours for a part-time housekeeper can range, depending on availability, from 30 to 35+ / hours a week
Minimum Requirements
- Reliable Transportation & Cell Phone
- Cleaning Supplies to start - then they are reimbursed after hire
- Ability to Work Efficiently alone or with others
- Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail & Experience
Specific Duties/Responsibilities
- Observe Established Policies & Procedures
- Remove Dirty Linen & Debris from vacation rentals (when needed)
- Using Provided Clean Linen, make Beds & Set Towels (when needed)
- Clean / Sanitize Surfaces, Vacuum / Mop floors
- Stock Homes with Supplies as Directed or as needed
- Report any Observed Maintenance Issues and upload to the app
Working Conditions:
- Position is labor intensive. Bending, kneeling, twisting, and moving occurs during 90% of shift.
- Lifting up to 40 lbs.
