- Assist customers with planning their custom gazebo and pavilion orders
- Prepare & present quotes
- Follow up on existing quotes and answer questions
- Ensure that all documents are in order and the production team has clear instructions when they are ready to start the project
- Attend 3-4 Tradeshows a year to connect with new customers
- Build new relationships and rapport with prospects in our target markets while maintaining existing customer relationships. Create and keep raving fans.
About Us
Country Lane Gazebos is seeking a construction professional for our new Inside Sales Associate opening, who will build relationships with customers in Retail Markets. Our Inside Sales Associate will support clients throughout the sale and installation process. This energetic self-starter will be responsible for serving our customers nationwide. Our ideal candidate has a background in a similar industry, including remodeling, new home construction, pole barns, sheds, gazebos, etc.
Since 1994, we have focused on providing quality outdoor living products to buyers across the US. Our products include gazebos, pergolas, pavilions, outdoor furniture, and playsets. We are experiencing exciting growth and have ambitious plans for the future. We invest in our team's personal and professional development as an employer.
Our Ideal Inside Sales Representative:

- Experienced: We are seeking a sales background in a construction-related industry. This may include a sales role involving sheds, gazebos, remodeling, new homes, pole barns, building products, etc. Knowledge of construction and design.

- Flexible: This position may require occasional tradeshows per year. It also includes a Saturday rotation and one evening per week during our busy spring/summer season. Late fall/winter is a standard Monday-Friday schedule.
- Computer Savvy: Must be comfortable using a computer, have efficient typing skills, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
