Essential Duties:
- Provide excellent customer support through handling face to face interactions, covering phones, fielding calls, check in/ out and responding to requests – represent us as the community liaison
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, scheduling, and calendar management
- Utilize software to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Transcribe and file documents accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate projects, conduct research, and ensure timely conclusion of tasks
- Complete basic bookkeeping, records collection, and validate details
- Operate office and biometrics equipment
- Interface and engage with diverse people and a variety of industries
- Act as a bilingual liaison and assist management or executive staff (bilingual specific specialist)
- Proofread and translate documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors in Spanish and English
- Develop and monitor social media and marketing campaigns
Vital Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent mastery of verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite and Social Media platforms
- Ability to work independently within a team, think on your feet, learn on the fly, multitask, problem solve, and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, basic computer processing, Healthcare and Early Childhood/ Child Care practices
