Role Description
This is a Family Nurse Practitioner remote role for a 3 month 1099 probationary contract to full time W2 salary transition. Current average patients: 5 per day, goal of 10 per day, max 15 per day. The first 3 months are a 3 month contract period to make sure we are a good fit. After a 3 month contract period, the role will transition to a full time salary position with benefits. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care, medicine, and urgent care consultations to women struggling with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Daily tasks will include taking patient histories, interpreting medical histories, performing physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, and developing treatment plans. The FNP must be comfortable with telehealth services and possess a reliable computer with video capabilities and high-speed internet connection.You will have a virtual assistant as well. Our workflow is very streamlined as we are a tech savvy company. We don’t accept insurance, as a DPC practice model therefore no credentialing required.
Compensation:
3 month 1099 Contract period: $80 per initial 45 min consult and $50 for 30 minute consults. Flexible work schedule 20-40 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Active GA state licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Must be a resident of GA, FL, or TX.
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with technological devices and telehealth platforms
- Experience in managing PCOS patients
- Minimum one year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Reimbursement for assigned Supervising MD will be provided up to $800 per month if schedule open 40 or more hours per week and prorated if less than full time.
- Responsible for your own malpractice insurance. Proof of malpractice required.
- No DEA license required

Full time W2 Salary Position: $52/hour, $100K annually, 40 hours per week. Flexible 4 (10 hour) days or 5 (8 hour) days M-F. Mondays required.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of 3 month probationary period
- FL, TX, AZ licenses must be fully submitted and in process by start date.
