**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounting for construction business, financial services, and proficiency in accounting software Sage.
**Duties:**
- Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliation
- Manage accrual accounting processes
- Utilize financial accounting principles to prepare monthly financial statements
- Work with private equity transactions
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
-Budget forecast with analysis of income and expenses.
-Prepare proper reports each week, month, quarter, and yearly to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
-Working with CPA as necessary to prepare documents and bi-yearly CPA reviewed statements.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in technical accounting and financial services
- Proficiency in Sage
- Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation
- Familiarity with accrual accounting practices
- Maintaining the privacy of financial information and ensuring this privacy is kept with documents kept in office.
