POSITION: Production Metal Worker (Entry Level)

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our manufacturing team as an Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician. This position offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in the manufacturing industry. WE PROVIDE:
A hands-on learning and work environment ideal for someone who is willing to learn, likes a challenge and likes to achieve meaningful results in their work. The production floor consists of metal melting/fabrication, machine shop, and polishing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Production Support – Assist in the assembly, fabrication, or processing of products following established manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines
· Quality Control – Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards, reporting any defects or issues to supervisors
· Equipment Operation – Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery under supervision, ensuring their proper functioning and safety
· Material Handling – Responsible for the safe handling, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished products within the manufacturing area
· Documentation – Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory counts, production logs, and quality control data
· Safety Compliance – Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and participation in safety training
· Team Collaboration – Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and address any production challenges
· Occasional overtime
QUALIFICATIONS:
· No prior manufacturing experience required; we will provide on-the-job training
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
· Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about manufacturing processes and equipment
· Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
· Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
· Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment
