Pay Range:
- $60,000 - $100,000 per year and above (based on job performance).
Schedule:
- Full Time, 5-day work week, business hours between 7:00am-6:00pm, closed on Sundays.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and establish rapport to understand their service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service department.
- Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and maintenance based on vehicle inspection and manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of the service work to be performed, along with the costs and time estimates.
- Document services requested by the customer and prepare detailed work orders for the service department.
- Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and services to ensure timely completion.
- Update customers on the status of their vehicle, including any changes in service or repair timelines.
- Promote and sell additional services and products, aligning with customer needs and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Process customer payments and manage billing and invoicing for services rendered.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service work and to address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of automotive products, services, and the latest industry trends.
- Manage service records and customer history in an organized and confidential manner.
- Work closely with service technicians and parts department to ensure proper stock levels and availability of frequently used parts.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve them to encourage repeat business.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with service techniques and customer service best practices.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License.
- College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of direct customer-facing experience preferred (automotive or similar maintenance/repair industry).
Essential Job Skills:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Computer literacy and time management.
- Confidence in sales ability and knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles.
