NAFI CT's Outpatient Clinic is seeking THERAPISTS to work with clients in an outpatient setting. Our Therapists work with each client and their family to help strengthen their relationships and realize their goals.
Primary services include:
- Individual therapy
- Family therapy
- Group therapy
- Psychiatric consultation
- Medication monitoring
- Parent/caregiver education and support
- Consultation with schools
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy to adults, adolescents, children, and their families including assessment, treatment planning, individual group, and family therapy, and discharge planning
- Participate in clinical supervision and staff meetings
- Work as a team member to respond to client and programmatic needs, including the implementation of agency policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Contribute to agency and program visibility through the development of community linkages and marketing
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree required
- CT Licensure or license eligible
- Knowledge of mental health, child welfare systems, and community resources
- Good organizational and supervisory skills
Salary: $54,000
