We offer a competitive salary and a generous commission and bonus plans. The base salary can be doubled through performance-based pay including commissions and bonuses.
The Community Relations Director will connect meaningfully with prospective residents and ushered them through the sales process to become residents. This person is responsible for all in building sales activity, marketing, and community outreach. This person reports to The Director of Sales and has additional partners on the sales team. The best candidates for this role will be empathetic, hard-working, and goal oriented.
Compensation for this role includes a strong base salary with a performance-based commissions and bonus plan capable of doubling the base salary. Successful performance in this role will create the opportunity for accelerated advancement into regional/corporate sales positions.
As the Community Relations Director (sales director) you will:
- Lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours of the community, while also working with members of the sales team to improve their effectiveness in tour process through coaching and training.
- Ensure that all sales and marketing department standards and benchmarks are being met and exceeded.
- Partner in development and implementation of innovative sales/marketing plans for the community
- Work closely and collaboratively with all departments heads to ensure the highest level of customer service for all prospects and residents
Successful candidate will bring:
· a proven track record of sales success.
· The ability to sell the community to prospective residents.
· An approach to the sales process as a listener first, with the ability to build trust, establish rapport, and problem solve.
· 3 years of sales experience.
