Primary Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and assembly plans to understand the scope of the assembly process.
- Assemble temperature-controlled cases according to provided blueprints, ensuring accurate alignment of components and adherence to specifications.
- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to perform drilling, cutting, and fastening operations in the assembly process.
- Install insulation, gaskets, hardware, and other components accurately and securely.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products to identify and address any defects, ensuring the final product meets the required standards.
- Collaborate with the assembly team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Provide input and feedback on process improvements to enhance assembly efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and assembly techniques
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as bore gauges
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Lift/Carry up to 25 lbs frequently

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
