Patient Coordinator/ Front Desk/social media
Our Practice Coordinator will play a key role in our exclusive luxury medspa. This role will serve as a provider-patient liaison and will be focused on driving new business while ensuring existing patients receive outstanding service at our premier skin-centered practice. This role is responsible for managing our patients’ journey and total life cycle by fostering patient retention, increasing revenue per encounter, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes in a high touch environment all while managing the front desk and the overall flow of the office. Experience in social media marketing is also vital to this position.
The ideal candidate is a natural salesperson who is responsible for supporting administrative duties and revenue growth by building dynamic relationships and creating a professional but welcoming environment for every patient. This role serves as a vital link between the patient and the provider and therefore must be a natural multitasker, have exceptional communication and listening skills while being efficient and detail oriented. Lastly, this individual should contribute to the overall positive practice environment and generate enthusiasm among the patients for the products and services.
SALARY and BONUS PLAN BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
Manage patient flow from check in to check out.
Optimizing provider daily schedules for the most efficient patient flow and treatment experience.
Schedule consultations, manage call backs, voice mails, inquiries and leads.
Coordinate patient paperwork and confirm written consent for procedures.
Discuss pricing with patients, build quotes, provide financial counseling & discuss a range of payment options.
Pre & post procedure patient care coordination & support, both in person and during follow up calls.
Drive product & treatment sales and take part in generous incentive plan.
Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to consult to treatment.
Drive our vision of patient care excellence by supporting all aspects of the treatment plan and patient experience as needed.
Work in conjunction with owner to develop sales collateral & promotions, develop consistent social media and email/text marketing.
Observe HIPAA and privacy guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in medspa, cosmetic dermatology, or cosmetic medicine required.
Engaging, professional presence with an inviting demeanor and strong communication skills.
White glove customer service skills.
Knowledge of cosmetic & aesthetic procedures.
Experience with EMR or other scheduling software ( For example-Aesthetic Record, Nextech, Patient Now)
Experience in practice level social media and marketing.
Natural go-getter with the passion and drive to make us the premiere destination for medical aesthetics.
Must be willing to focus and learn products and service to an expert level to ensure the ability to educate patients and intelligently promote services.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
