Talent Acquisition Specialist / Driver Recruiter
Apache Logistics is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our team to keep up with our growing business and the competitive hiring market for truck driver. This team member will be essential to our business and must be a team-player, excellent communicator, and positive-minded individual with a knack for customer service, and recruiting or sales.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is willing to learn. We are willing to train the right team member.

Position Responsibilities
- Source candidates
- Post and manage job openings
- Screen applicants
- Communicate through phone calls, text messages, and emails to meet applicant needs
- Keep a positive attitude and helpful demeanor with all applicants
- Exemplify the company’s priority for safety and quality
- Maintain knowledge of multiple operations and positions
- Run pre-employment reports and schedule pre-employment screenings
- Process job offers and coordinate new-hire paperwork
- Provide assistance to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Set up new hires in systems
- Help with new hire onboarding
- Industry research
- Additional projects as needed
Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Computer savvy
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve
- Preferred customer service experience
