Financial Analyst / Budgeting
Ridge IT is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst / Budgeting coordinator to support our IT solutions practice related to project-based technology implementations and providing overall support to company clients. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Information Technology field. This Position is 100% onsite at the Tampa office Monday through Friday.

The position:
Your primary role in this position is to ensure all the financial aspects of projects and service delivery. The Projects can be in both commercial and government sectors.
- Execute contract financial processes with emphasis on quality, compliance and adherence to Company Policy
- Embrace change with agility and adaptability while supporting team members through changes in strategic direction as set by senior management· Develop a strong working relationship with Business Controllers, PMs, and Senior Business Leadership
- Develop, Update and Maintain policies and procedures related to financial aspects of projects and billables.
- Review Timesheets for project team members daily for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure the proper projects and tasks are being billed against
- Create and maintain project bill codes and related tasks
- Track and Maintain expenses related to internal company projects and tasks
- Run, analyze and summarize time reports weekly and monthly
- Run and review monthly project reports and billings
- Interface with the Accounting Office to ensure timely reporting and billing
- Create weekly and monthly reports
- Track projects and tasks against contract variables for accurate forecasting
-Burn Rate, Timeline, Utilization
- Support metrics with data driven employee utilization rates
- Execute with an innovative mindset by applying new ideas to optimize service delivery financial processes
- Accounting functions are not a requirement for this position.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with consulting, accounting or technology
- 3+ years of experience in coordinating financial aspects of projects or operations
- Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize a workload Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A strong drive towards quality, efficiency, problem-solving.
