Responsibilities:
- Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess needs, and recommend changes to data systems.
- Develop systems, test plan components, and test scripts.
- Maintain a continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality, seamless customer service to both internal and external staff and providers.
- Communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means.
- Design, manage, and deploy data systems, reports, and dynamic dashboards, as well as training users in these systems and the use of reports.
- Serve in a collaborative function for research design, data collection, interpretation, and presentation; working with key stakeholders to identify reporting needs, define the reporting requirements, design the report, and write the code required to deliver the report.
- Developing, maintaining, and overseeing cybersecurity efforts and cybersecurity training materials.
- Perform detailed quality control checks on significant and diverse data sets related to programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- US Citizenship with ability to obtain federal clearance.
- Experience implementing 508 standards.
- Highly skilled in administrative planning activities, including preparation of functional and specific support plans, preparing and managing correspondence.
- Experience developing and delivering training plans, course material, and providing both online and classroom training.
- Ability to format and configure large documents in Microsoft suites and Adobe PDFs
- Ability to work with customers to assess needs, provide assistance, resolve problems, satisfy expectations; knows products and services.
- Understanding of CSAM reporting and controls management (Common, Hybrid, and System specific).
- Comprehensive understanding of current principles, practices, and techniques of Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, and Business Intelligence. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to present analytic findings; extracting data from multiple sources, manipulating and validating data, and conducting root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of current computing technologies and software applications such as specialized business Intelligence software, SQL query language, Microsoft SharePoint, and other database applications i.e. Tableau, BI 360 & Power BI, Hyperion, and SQL Reporting Services expertise preferred.
- Skilled in using Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Ability to exercise judgment when policies are not well-defined.
- Ability to focus research efforts to meet the decision-making needs.
- Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
