Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Texas. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients, with a focus on family-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses within the scope of family practice.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, including medication management and preventive care.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practice.
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner by an accredited certifying body (ANCC, AANP, etc.).
- Proven experience in family practice, primary care, or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
