POSITION SUMMARY:

The Infrastructure support team deals with a variety of challenging issues including escalated end-user support tasks and general infrastructure and network management. The broad scope of our unique clients requires bright and engaging associates to maximize our client satisfaction.
This is not a position for script followers - it's for problem solvers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Infrastructure team with internal and client projects
- Investigate and resolve system and escalated support issues in a timely and effective manner
- Document all contact activity, including troubleshooting steps and problem resolution, in the ProCirrus internal ticketing system.
- Maintain familiarity with industry protocols, best practices and operate at the highest levels of ethics and professionalism
- Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and PATIENTLY with technical personnel as well as with customers who have limited computer background
- Create knowledge base articles for all issues not already documented to reduce troubleshooting and research time for future calls
- Be flexible in a constantly changing work environment and work flexible hours when necessary to achieve company and individual goals
- Meet or exceed performance expectations per joint performance plan.
- Perform other related support and service tasks as requested.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Expertise with Microsoft AD and Group Policy
- Expertise with PowerShell and Advanced Scripting
- Expertise with Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)
- Expertise with Server\Client Software installations and application troubleshooting
- Experience with Hyper-V & Citrix XenServer
- Experience with Citrix Storefront, Netscaler and XenApp
- Working knowledge of Wireshark /WinDBG / ProcMon to diagnose issues with unsupported applications
- Ability to work independently with a proven track record of exceptional time management and initiative
- Ability to quickly learn new applications/systems
- Ability to leverage operating systems metrics to troubleshoot performance issues
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- 2-year Associates' degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in technological field

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
