In this role, You will be leading and managing MuleSoft integration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, driving the implementation of MuleSoft integration solutions, managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for process improvement, leading the design and architecture of MuleSoft solutions, developing integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform, working closely with stakeholders to gather integration requirements, providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, implementing quality assurance and testing processes, resolving issues related to MuleSoft integrations, and creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for MuleSoft solutions.
- Lead and manage MuleSoft integration projects, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, testers, and business analysts, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to MuleSoft best practices and standards.
- Drive the implementation of MuleSoft integration solutions, including API design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the MuleSoft delivery team.
- Lead the design and architecture of MuleSoft solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
- Develop scalable and efficient integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.
- Hands-on development of integrations, APIs, and connectors using MuleSoft.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance and testing processes for MuleSoft integrations.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for MuleSoft solutions, including design documents, deployment guides, and technical specifications.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MuleSoft certification(s) such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Architect highly desirable.
- Extensive experience working with MuleSoft integration platform, including hands-on experience with Anypoint Platform, Mule ESB, API-led connectivity, and other MuleSoft products.
- Proven experience leading and managing MuleSoft integration projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, messaging systems, and other integration technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and develop practical solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Master's degree preferred.
- Prior background on the Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, OMS, etc.).
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
