CEMS Project Manager: to join our team in
Pensacola, FL.:
As a CEMS Project Manager, you will:
- Manage medium to large scope projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
- Manage project budgets, milestones, and task schedules
- Collaborate with group managers on the identification and assignment of business resources
- Conduct project meetings to establish and execute on detailed project plan between internal team members and sales for project hand-off and ongoing project meetings between internal team members and customer representatives
- Work with team to create and submit technical documents as required for the project
- Accurately track and report project status against plan to all stakeholders at all levels
- Additional duties as required
What You'll Need:
- BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 to 4 years Project Management experience preferred
- Understanding of CEMS or process analytics a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications especially Excel
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work and team assignments to assist delivery of projects on time, on budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical listening and thinking skills
- Demonstrates strong analysis, planning, time management and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel overnight on occasion
- Proven Team Player that is humble, hungry, and people-smart
