```Duties```
- Manage a comprehensive lifecycle pipeline including communicating, educating and negotiating with real estate investors regarding available inventory
- Provide world-class customer service, assurance and advisory to the real estate investor and buyer agents, creating win-win scenarios for the investor and the company.
- Negotiate and prepare real estate contracts with investors and/or buyer agents.
- Coordinate between investors/buyer agents and homeowners throughout the transaction process
- Provide feedback to the operations team to improve all clients' (sellers and investors) user journeys on the platform
```Qualifications```
- Must have experience working with Real Estate Investors and feel comfortable selling properties
- Must have a deep understanding of the residential housing market and off-market dynamics
- Must have an advisor mentality with an engaging personality; a great listener, brings patience and confidence to the situation
- Must have a problem-solver mindset with a keen eye for details
- Must have extremely good, refined communication skills and phone etiquette
- Must be able to maintain self-motivation, hustle and tenacity in a remote working environment
Qualifications
- Must have Dispositions Experience in real estate as a wholesaler/investor/investor-friendly agent with transaction experience. This is a must to be hired for this position.
- Must have experience listing properties on the MLS. Experience listing properties on Investorlift a plus.
