We are looking for a strong customer service orientated assistant to help with day to day operations in our Tri-Cities showroom.
Job duties to include:
- Greet customers and answer phones in a professional and friendly manner.
- Help customers with will call pickups, lifting and moving heavy product may be required.
- Assist in identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Maintain showroom, sales office areas, and restrooms, ensuring they are clean and organized.
- Keep samples / brochures stocked and up to date using our POS system to order.
- Assist sales staff as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clear communication skills.
- Self – Starter with the able to work individually and as a team member.
- Desire to learn with ability to seek out answers on your own.
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize.
- Strong work ethic.
- Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Customer service experience, sales experience, and/or experience in the construction trades.
- Cabinet design or installation experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.28 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
