Responsibilities:
- Maintain assigned zone, inspect, repair and maintain basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Complete minor carpentry tasks.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Must possess a high school diploma or GED

3 years General maintenance
OR
-
Literacy Assessment with 5 years of relevant experience
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

License Requirements:

Must have valid drivers license

Other Requirements:

Basic trouble shooting, repairs and maintenance in electrical, plumbing and HVACR equipment and carpentry skills a plus.
