We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing assistance with product orders. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the customer service database.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in accordance with established procedures.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in English and data entry
- Strong customer service experience with a focus on phone etiquette
- Ability to conduct outbound calling and analyze customer needs
- Multilingual abilities and bilingual proficiency in Spanish are a plus
- Experience in sales and upselling techniques
- Prior experience in a similar role with a track record of success
