Responsibilities:
Daily tasks will vary based on the needs of the department:
- , answer phones, page other departments, and greet visitors
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Maintain AR/AP invoicing and customer/vendor correspondence
- Respond and correct any past due accounts, solving root problem
- Manage credit/debit memos as needed
- Complete check runs biweekly and as needed
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Maintain AAP records and assisting applicants
- Assist with delegated document preparation, filing, and record keeping
- Provide general clerical support to staff members (Purchasing, Customer Service, Human Resources, etc.) such as assisting with tasks, creating flyers, etc.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities – this position requires multitasking
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional customer service practices
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable procedures (GL Codes, PO Processing, Terms, etc) helpful
-Computer Skills are a MUST!
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required - AS preferred
- 2+ years in an office environment
- Some experience with AR/AP
- Use of ERP systems helpful
- Some knowledge of Excel
Schedule is intended for 8:00AM-4:30PM Monday through Friday, 40 hours.
Other schedules within the parameters of 7AM-4:30PM may be considered. Less than 40 hours weekly may be considered as well. IN PERSON ONLY.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
