Key Qualifications
- Oversee all daily operations of clinical and peer services within the Janus Programs.
- Interface with all direct service staff regarding issues pertaining to clinical and peer mental health services and the effective delivery of those services.
- Directly supervise clinical staff (cousnelors), peer service staff and enhanced case managers
- Participate in direct decision-making responsibilities as needed regarding policies and procedures for the programs, in collaboration with Management and Director’s
- Provides leadership to program staff ensuring that the clinical and peer services meet or exceed contractual performance goals; ensures delivery of services in accordance with contracted guidelines and Janus of Santa Cruz philosophy.
- Provide ongoing assessment of the clinical services component of service delivery under the various program.
The Clinical Program Manager shall oversee all daily operations of all Janus MAT clinical staff, including supervision of clinical staff, peer service staff and clinical interns, and establish goals for the Janus Programs, monitoring performance outcomes according to requirements and provide oversight in the delivery of all clinical services throughout the clinics, including outpatient, peer-based, and intensive services. You will collaborate closely with the Director and all members of the Management Team in an effort to achieve the overall strategic plan goals of the Janus programs with respect to mental health services. This role will engage in multiple and various tasks encompassing the core areas of management/leadership, program development, contracts administration, and direct service

Pay & Benefits
At Janus, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $75,000 and $85,000 annually and your base pay will be considered on your job-related skills, training, qualifications, experience, and relevant education.

Requirements:Education & Experience
- LMFT or LCSW or MSW/MFT Intern with 5 years clinical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work with “at-risk” populations, including people with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations.
- 4 years of experience working with individuals and families with a history of mental illness and/or substance use in a social service/mental health environment.
- 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision and monitoring performance.
- Current LPS certification, or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire, to perform psychiatric holds.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office as well as electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Current knowledge to coordinate treatment planning and case management for assigned members.
- Working knowledge of evidence-based practices, co-occurring disorders and/or the recovery model of treatment
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
