About the Opportunity
The Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) convenes global and emerging leaders to create and implement solutions to the world's most pressing challenges. CGI works with partners to drive action through its unique model. Rather than directly implementing projects, CGI facilitates action by helping members connect, collaborate, and develop Commitments to Action — new, specific, and measurable plans that address global challenges. The CGI Humanitarian Response team applies the CGI approach to mobilize partners in the CGI community to direct resources for response, recovery, and resilience in crisis-affected communities through. Efforts are focused on increasing the speed of response to humanitarian needs, improving risk sharing among implementers and donors, and diversifying response networks by engaging local and nontraditional actors.
