Autism Support Now (ASN) is looking for compassionate and energetic candidates to work as behavior technicians supporting children on the autism spectrum disorder in the Kansas City, MO area. ASN provides paid training for a variety of ABA techniques and provides Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) supervision and feedback via the Board-Certified Behavior Analysts on staff. Quality of Care is the highest priority at ASN, therefore our training curriculum is very robust equipping behavior technicians with ability to succeed at ASN and beyond.

RBTs will work in a team environment in a fun and interactive workplace, while receiving continuing training and guidance in work with children who are on the Autism Spectrum from some of the very best clinicians. Responsibilities:
- Train for success in caring for others
- Implement individualized teaching and therapy.
- Collect program data and completing daily progress notes to track progress and make changes to therapy plans.
- Communicate frequently with parents, other RBTs,BCBAs and other professionals in the ABA field.
- Work in a clinical, but fun, work environment.
- Follow ethical guidelines as stated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Required qualifications:
- High School Education or GED.
- Passion to learn and grow as you help others.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to clear a background check.
- Must be able to pass RBT Certification Test after completing training modules.
Preferred qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher in related field
- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism and/or related conditions.
- Degree seeking in related field: ABA, Occupational Therapy, Speech or Health Care.
- One year of ABA therapy experience.
- CPR/First Aid certified.
Salary commensurate with experience
- Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
