About the Position
What We’re Looking for:
Empire Medical Training is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Brand Manager to enhance our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will take charge of managing and executing top-notch content for multiple brands. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role involves close collaboration with the entire Marketing Team as well as various cross-functional groups. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who lives and breathes copywriting and design. These two skills alone are crucial for success in this role. The successful candidate should have a strong blend of strategic planning and execution skills, coupled with a deep expertise in content creation (design), copywriting, and email development.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Brand Development: Skilled in enhancing brand identity and market presence, the candidate will strategically develop and position our brands to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns: Craft cross-channel lead nurturing and remarketing strategies to comprehensively map the customer journey using email.
- Experience in Email Nurture/Automation: Apply hands-on expertise in developing multi-level email nurture and automation programs.
- Campaign Strategy: Define campaign tactics and necessary content.
- Automation Specialist Role: Architect automated nurture programs for low-engagement customers, including automated enrollment and campaign transitions.
- Data Analysis and Implementation: Analyze campaign data and test results to inform changes and optimizations.
- Project Management: Oversee creative resources and agency collaborations.
- Advanced Automated Program Creation: Design complex, global automated programs triggered by firmographic and demographic data, digital activity, or lead scoring, facilitating account progression through the sales funnel.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop plans aligning with the global marketing calendar, ensuring accurate and timely execution, and communicate these plans to diverse audiences.
- End-to-End Campaign Testing: Ensure flawless testing and execution of campaigns, from asset creation to analysis of post-campaign data.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on campaign status and results.
- Coordination of Tactics: Manage the execution of various campaign tactics.
- Focus on Top-of-Funnel Awareness: Prioritize initiatives that increase initial customer engagement.
You’d be a Great Fit if You Have the Following Skills:
- B2C and B2B Marketing Experience: Minimum 3 years in both B2C and B2B marketing environments.
- Content Marketing Expertise: At least 3 years in content marketing, including skills in copywriting and content creation/design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Knowledgeable in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier Pro.
- Knowledge of File Formats: Understanding of various formats like JPEG, GIF, PNG, WebP, TIFF, RAW.
- Hands-On Execution: Ability to immediately contribute effectively.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving automated nurture campaigns.
- Marketing Automation Mastery: Deep knowledge of marketing automation technologies and CRM integration.
- Sales Pipeline Insight: Understanding of the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, with a focus on marketing's role in this pipeline.
- Communication Skills: Effective presentation and sales-oriented communication abilities.
- Multi-Program Management: Comfort in handling multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing to optimize digital customer journeys.
- Innovative Mindset: Willingness to experiment with new ideas, learn from failures, and adapt.
- Project Management and Collaboration: Proven ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally.
- Passion for Digital Marketing: A continuous drive to stay updated with the latest trends.
- Strong Collaboration: Significant experience working with various marketing teams (product marketing, content marketing, digital marketing).
- Campaign Development Acumen: Ability to identify effective campaigns and test new concepts.
