POSITION DESCRIPTION: The RN is to support the overall mission of the DDS Residential Department and implement its philosophy and goals so that all levels of the organization, its activities, programs and plans recognize and utilize strategies to promote personal well-being for each member served. Responsible for the monitoring, assessment and planning of each individual’s health needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:Licensed Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Nursingand with at least two years’ experience in the direct care of the elderly or disabled. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e. nursing). Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.
