**Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar panel systems to residential and commercial customers. This role involves educating clients on the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the process of selecting the right solar solutions for their needs. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends - Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals - Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and provide customized solar solutions - Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process - Prepare and deliver sales proposals to prospective clients - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate system designs - Utilize Salesforce or similar software for lead management and tracking **Experience:** - Proven experience in outside sales or customer service - Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive sales initiatives - Technical sales experience in the solar industry is a plus - Fluency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous - Familiarity with solar energy systems and their benefits - Proficiency in using sales software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships Join our team as a Solar Consultant and be part of a dynamic industry that is shaping the future of renewable energy.
