We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Direct Support Staff team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, or Social Work. Other accepted certifications include CNA, ABA, NADD, or RBT. Professional experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is required.
A variety of schedule options are available, including evenings and weekends. Pay is based on experience, with a competitive range from mid $20s to low $30s per hour, as well as mileage reimbursement. This position does not offer benefits or paid time off.
Requirements:
· BA in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, or Social Work and/or CNA, ABA, NADD, or RBT certified.
· Professional experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.

Job Duties:
· Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, chores, and communication needs.

· Build long-lasting and meaningful relationships, including peer relationships.
· Introduce and expand involvement in the community.
