GP Strategies Corporation is seeking a Training Administrator/Scheduler. This is a full-time, benefitted position working onsite at our aerospace site in San Antonio, TX The hours for this position are 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
o Identify weekly incoming training requirements from staffing and requisition log
o Analyze, validate, optimize and coordinate training requests
§ Verify which course is needed, number of learners and when
§ Review each employees learning records
§ Check MyLearning system for class availability
§ Inform requested or options
§ Optimize training requests through consolidation
§ Prioritize training requests depending on when needed
§ Communicate outcome to requester
o Optimize schedules, create class request, submit class demand request to supplier
o Enroll, drop, roster employee
o Manage request list
o Forecast class demand
o Determine capacity numbers and develop training flows
o Provide employees with visibility to class schedules
o Monitor employee progress, adjust and reschedule classes as necessary
o Verity employee completions and complete exit process from training
o Assist with employee communication, questions, issues
o Integrate with production management meetings
o Run training analytics as requested
o Coordinate planning for certification and area specific training
o Educate managers on training tools and processes
Qualifications:
- Previous administration, coordination or related experience
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
- Willingness to work 2nd shift on occasion (3 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.) when needed

- Visual Acuity—Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view computer monitors, and read.
