An expanding E-commerce operation located in the Carrollton TX area - 75007 is looking to add an account manager with account manager experience. All candidates must have relevant experience in account management and possess customer service related skills. Previous experience in distribution, warehousing, and or E-commerce operations is preferred. The client is seeking candidates with bilingual speaking abilities for translation purposes. English / Spanish preferred. All candidates must pass a mandatory background check and pre-employment drug screen. This position will supervise 3-5 account specialists who oversee, respond and resolve customer related requests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct warm calling to identify new business opportunities
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
