Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- Handle cash transactions, including giving change and processing credit card payments
Experience:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent multitasking skills to handle multiple tables and orders simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol or as state regulations dictate
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
